DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE FAULT CODES UP WITHOUT PLUGGING IN TO DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT ?

sWell that system does not use computer diagnose interface. there is a 2 and 3 pin blue plug in behind the center console on the drivers foot well area. Jump the 2 pin plug and with the key off. That will put the car in diagnose mode and the ABS SRS and CHECK ENGINE light will flash if there are any failure code in them when you turn on the key.

I have a Honda and I've had numerous faulty lights come on and last maybe a week and then disappear. I'd see if it goes away on it's own first and then if not... get it checked out.

your more likely to have an ABS sensor fault !.
It can be checked by using a multimeter and chech the resistance of all the sensors.Replace the ones that do not have the correct values.

I think that some car parts stores like "AutoZone" can check for codes.
Just so you kow, you may not have any anit-lock brakes if you need to stop in a hurry.

let Autozone access the computer for the codes
could be that the ABS in no longer operational for some reason

check the ABS oil if it full or low, check you break system is something need to replace.

its most likely to be a faulty sensor they do it a lot!! this could mean you abs will not work correctly
