I think that she thinks of 'skint' as not having any money left over once you have done everything you want to/not being able to do everything that you want to because you don't have enough money.
You have a few options. You could try and get her to buy you some really expensive drinks and then when she asks you to return the favour then tell her no because she owed you money.
You could try and get a loan and put it in her name, that way she has to pay it back, tell her you will if she doesn't pay you back soon and tell her she will have to pay interest if with this option.

Yes i do believe this reprobate is actually extracting the urine, the way to put her in her place is to tell all your friends what as apertained and really embarrass her then tell her you want your money back and or you want nothing to do with the girl in future..Good luck
