PC2-3200u is DDR2, your machine won't be capable of running it. You need the older memory PC133 is probably OK.

In a word, NO! That computer has got to be what, six to seven years old now (maybe more), I hope you are planning to get a new system soon.

make sure that your motherboard supports it. Probabbly it doesn't so just upgrade your whole computer.
