my friend just came from the hair salon and her hair got cut really short and i think it look horrible should i tell her or just shut up?

Instead of telling her it looks terrible you might want to help her in styling it. Get some hair magazines and look at styles and say "hey this style might look good on you, wanna try it out?" That way no ones feelings are hurt.

If u have a really good relationship with her tell her,if she's a person that gets mad for any reason shut up i think It'll grow.Eventually

Just say that "I like your hair better when it wasn't so short" or say "Why did u want your hair short ? It was more beautiful when it was long". Your hairs pretty in the display image.

theres nothing she can really do about it if its cut short. i mean, its kinda hard to fix short hair so id just shut up

If my daughters ask me if I like something they have on I will tell them the truth.It's not what you say it's how you say it.Then when they ask and I say it looks good they believe me.I wouldn't say it looks horrible but I'd Say really don't like that look on you.

YES you should tell her! wouldn't you be mad if your friends let you walk around looking like ****? real friends stab you in the front. Let her know but then offer to help her fix it nicer.
