It is not related to a drug or alcohol dependency of any kind. It is however related to Domestic Violence and the forced removal of the offending spouse from the home where the incident occured. The threat is made by Child protective Services to place any children in the home into foster care if the alleged offender doesn't leave! Even if the children are NOT abused or neglected.That's all I know about this and I need more info... Does anyone here know more? Thanks.

DO NOT let the individual BACK into the HOME -- EVER! If he crosses into your Residence -- then CPS will IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY Remove the Children from your Custody and you will NEVER see them EVER AGAIN!
This is what it means. This is a THREAT and a DIRECT ONE -- so PACK his BAGS, throw his stuff out on the LAWN and BE INDEPENDENT!!!!!
