increase your physical activity. whatever you do, don't starve yourself. when you don't eat, you body will try to preserve its energy resrves and will cause your metab to decrease further.

You can drink red bull (SF has only 10 cals, if youre trying to lose weight) or tea that is not decaffeinated. If you don't like either of those, green tea pills work just as well, and are safer than other diet pills. Also I heard keeping yourself cold by drinking lots if iced water or taking cold showers work because your body has to work harder to keep your body temperature up, but I'm not completely sure how well that works. It does make sense, though. Good luck!

The natural and safe way is to get some cardio exercise early in the morning. Go for a run or ride a bike before breakfast. Also an apple in the morning is good for energy and it is not caffeine.
