Some women do go up several cup sizes while pregnant. I have large breasts to begin with and have gone up 2 cup sizes with this baby. (This has happened everytime I've been pregnant. I'm on baby #3. Yeah, they're huge now.) Other women don't increase that much at all. My mother said that when she was pregnant, her breasts got a lot more full than they were, and then after she was done breastfeeding, they went down to less than what she had to begin with. I was the exact opposite. So not everyone is the same. My mother and I are genetically related and obviously not the same. So I guess in short the answer would be maybe yes, maybe no.

I'm a tiny person - weigh under 100 lbs when not PG - and I was a 34B prior to having my first baby. Immediately post-partum I looked like someone stuck Dolly Parton's boobs on my chest after each of my 3 babies.

Hi well to god i hope not, im big enough already. I know my mum when she had us lot had quite a small chest but her boobs got bigger and she went up about 3 sizes and has stayed like this. So i dont know. Wheather you lose if of your boobs or not.

Nah, u dont get that big boobs unless u are already blessed but u gain weight from pregnancy and having a baby.

no theres are plastic. yes your chest will get larger but not like that unless you were alreadt big to begin with. those women both have implants

If you are going to be breast feeding, then they will swell, and be very full and large,,,,after you stop breast feeding,,,the swelling goes down and the milk stops producing, and that's when your breast sag and your nipples will start pointing to the ground!

they have implants so no.
but for most ladies they either get bigger and STAY bigger or get bigger and shrink down to less than what they started with. just wear a good maternity bra and get a nighttime one too. they get HEAVY!! big or small, you don't want em saggy. yuck.

don't get your hopes up. for most women they grow proportionately to their current size. and some women's hardly grow at all.
