I would hollow it out and live in it, slowly sculpturing it into a lavish tudor style mansion by nibbling away slowly

Just enough money too start a small business, I alwys thought it would be cool to have a musicstore with instruments on one floor and records and cd's on the next, keep answering questions and you could put a small recording studio in the basement...

pay off a mortgage......or buy a house if you are renting.
Its not creative...... but with the way people throw money away these days its the best thing you could do.
