Guinea Pig - It is part of the diet in Peru and neighboring countries. My mother-in-law knows how to kill, strip the fur off and cook them. My wife misses eating them. I keep reminding her that here they are pets not food. There really is not much meat and they are a little fatty. Also had pigeon once too. Another of my mother-in-law's cooking skills. Mostly dark meat on those.

I have tried many exotic foods: monkey brain (too chewy), deer (kind of rough flavor), turtle eggs (no big thing), buffalo, snake soup, alligator gumbo, blood sausages, etc. The most interesting AND disgusting flavor was sea urchin. Never again.
The best flavor is chocolate!

Made a 580 dollar seafood bill and ate it all at Disney;s underwater restraunt I am not overweight but used to binge eat seafood once in a while before I became allergic to it.

probably eating alligator which taste like chicken. Im a vegetarian though and that was rare for me to try that even.

Mountain Lion. It was deep pit barbqued. Pretty good. I can honestly say, it didn't taste like chicken.
