Since when is minority in colors. We the people are equal, suppose to be anyways. Yet when one lives in a city that is more of one race than another, then the lesser race can't get help because they do not fall under the minority law.
I say balonga! No Color should be allowed in the issue where one needs help. So the USA Government should help all, not just the minority. Maybe the word should be re-evaluated.

I see what you are getting at.
I've seen too many situations where the criteria should be focused more on family background and income levels than on "race" or "ethnicity".

I'm confused....you said "the lesser race can't get help because they do not fall under the minority law." That contradicts itself.

I don't know of any place in the U.S. that doles out assistance based on color of skin, it is based on need.
