Any person who appears to have a violent attitude against another race or another gender, or anybody for that matter. Any person who asks if their avatar is cute, appears to be dumb and immature. And any person who uses Cyber Abbreviations, instead of spelling their words correctly, appears extremely dumb, but may not be. I really can't figure out why a smart person would want to look dumb...can you?
