I've been having a lot of trouble eating myself, this is my first pregnancy. I actually had to go to the doctor, they prescribed some medicine to get me thru the nausea, vomiting, so I can start eating just plain, starchy foods and hopefully get through it. Just try and get her to eat macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, breads, fruits. Depending how far along she is, if this has been going on for a while, she might want to talk to her doctor about it.

That is kind of a tough question to answer because there could be a number of things playing into the situation. For instance: How far along is she? If she is still having morning sickness that could be one of her reasons why she doesn't feel like it. Try giving her crackers before she ever gets out of bed to subdue the sickness. When she gets moving around, she may feel more like having a bite. If she simply eats small prtions here and there throughout the day, don't worry. At least she is eating something and on top of that, the doctor says that eating smaller portions throughout the day is better than just eating three big meals a day. Her body is changing and subconsiosly she may be doing what is best for her and the baby. If she is just not hardly eating at all, I would suggest making your feelings on the subject known to her, REALLY known to her so that maybe she'll turn the tables and start eating.

I am pregnant and have this problem. I am hungry all the time and want to eat, but food looks and sounds revolting to me. The things that get me through the days are things very plain - crackers, plain pasta, lots of fruit, cereal, vegetables. Hope this helps, she really does need to eat even though she may not feel like. Baby could be missing out on some essential nutrients in a crucial time of organ development. Prenatal vitamins won't be absorbed properly if she's not eating properly, so they can't be used as a crutch.

Good luck, just be caring and sensitive and do what you can.

ummm...it is not very healthful in any respect. you're actually not getting adequate of the food which you and your infant want. Are you taking your prenatal supplementations??? i'm hoping so. What are you ingesting in the time of the day? are you able to get some culmination in by making use of ingesting culmination or fruit shakes? there are various "you would be" issues we are able to declare yet what's your reason? Is it basically organic laziness or you basically won't have the ability to look to abdomen the rest? are you able to available combination it up somewhat and have some tomato based pasta with a lot of unpolluted vegetables?? actual, i might difficulty too, you're already 23 weeks pregnant and that i'm afraid your undesirable infant is being missed from the type of ingesting conduct. That being reported, there are worse issues you're able to do, so on your infant sake basically attempt to get some better meals on your weight loss plan. whether you consume pizza 0.5 the time it would make a distinction.
