My boss is alright I guess. He shows favortism to certain co-workers that I work with that kiss his you-know-what. That's really the only thing that I don't like about him. I work in law enforcement and my boss (the chief) I found out doesn't really know a hell of alot about his job either. I found out later on that the only law enforcement experiance that he had before this was in the Air Force security police.

I think you just need to try to do the same because most of the time, that's how mutual feeling starts (and I'm not talking about in a romantic way). Just think about this: if you finally get to like his/her management, you get motivated and tend to work harder, you get recognized and you get to where you want to be.

I am self-employed so Yes I like my boss,all though she spends way too much time on Yahoo Answers!!!

I do like and respect my boss. I have a lot of freedom on my job in spite of the long hours and heavy workload. I am fortunate.

I like my Boss...hes old school...he bullshits soemtimes and makes jokes...loads of fun...he is a hot-head too though so dont cross him but hes a down to earth kinda guy.....forget about it!!
