I don't have a Mustache. But i have seen it before. I don't know what causes it.

all gurls have hair on their upper lip. just like boys do. If you shave it it willl grow thick and dark, and also some girls have poly cyctic ovarian syndrom which is when there bodies realease too much testosterone and things like that can happen

most girls do
some are blonde or light hair so you dont see it
others wax or pluck so you dont notice
most girls have hair in all the same places as guys just less testosterone prevents it from growing thick or noticable
