b- she may give the other woman a cold stare which gets the message across. relax.
c- she might say something to the woman, or ask you to - which might be mildly awkward, but no worse than you are now. and then you can relax.

Yes, you should tell her to stop flirting with you. Just say mention not even interested in her at all because of marriage and very committed to the wife. Sometime the wife will pick up on this and become very uncomfortable with the situation which can lead to even larger problems.

How is it she gets the opportunity to flirt with you all the time? Stay away from the homewrecker and let your wife know that this woman is bothering you. I'm sure your wife will take care of the rest and you won't have to say anything to her, and your neighbor will definetly know that you are not interested and will back off.
