It doesn't take a year to get pregnant! Sometimes all it takes is one unprotected 'shot'. You had a pregnancy SCARE. He changes his mind about whether or not he wants children. In the midst of all that unstability, the two of you are having unprotected sex.
He could see a urologist, or fertility specialist, but the best thing both of you can do is go to planned parenthood and get some birth control. You both need time to grow up and understand the responsiblity and commitment required to be a couple and raise children.

A lot of men worry about their virility, and most of the time their fears are groundless. What makes him think he can't have children, anyway?
If you decide to try for children, one of the best ways is not to try too hard. People under pressure often give less than they would otherwise do under normal conditions. Say to each other something like: "If it happens, wonderful. If it doesn't, there's no rush."
If your partner is really concerned about his ability to father children, he can always have a fertility test (sperm count) carried out and that can be arranged by hi doctor. It might be a good idea to have this done as it would set his mind at ease and make your chances of becoming pregnant that much greater.
Good luck and I hope it works out for both of you.

First of all, don't panic. It can take more than a year to get pregnant. There are things you can do which can help the sperm count. We used zinc and high dose vitamin E.
also don't forget the 'no tight pants rule'
Make sure you are doing 'it' at the right time during your cycle.
If you do all of these things for a few months, with no success, pop along to your GP.
they have seen couples with this worry countless times and they will be able to do a few simple tests to see if they can discover the problem
Enjoy trying!!

i doubt he cant have kids because you werent pregnant you wont automatically get pregnant from sperm it has to be the right day of the month for you to get pregnant. there is only a 1-4 day time frame during each month when a woman can get pregnant so dont worry about it
but it is not important if he cant have kids, your love for each other is what is important
i think you should talk about how this would affect your relationship if he couldnt have kids
THEN go get tested
hopefully the two of you decide that if he cant have children that you will stay together
but yea go get a sperm count!
or have him donate sperm and they will tell him if he is good

When you've actually decided to have a baby, have tried for at least six months to conceive, and still are having problems, go to a fertility clinic for checkups. They'll check your ovulation and your cervix, and they'll check his sperm count.
Since you are not a in a committed relationship and are not planning to have children, you shouldn't worry about it right now - just keep using protection.

lol. Get married and make real commitments to eachother and dont panic over whether or not he can have children.
It takes a few times in most situations to get pregnant. You only get pregnant one day out of your cycle, and that one day one little sperm has to not only survive your pH and reproductive system, it has to FIND the egg and break through its lining.
