Umm The color can be the color of the dress or black. Dont get anything with sparkles like the red dorthy shoes from the wizard of oz. Get something simple. Since you do not want such of a high hill try finding something that is about a 1 inch. high hill. or 2 inch. With Black shoes or the color of the dress brown!

well i was going to say definately a high heel,(nothing too heavy, nice and sexy shoes/heels) this will accentuate the length of your legs and set off the look of your strapless dress xxx

If the dress is not that fancy, just wear flip flops/ sandals...
If its really fancy, then brown 2 inch heels

I would look for a low heeled copper metalic sandal. Something strappy, maybe that ties around the ankle!

daytime, shoes/sandals or even flip flops that have some turquoise or green look good especially if you use the same colour in other accessories

If you got the legs & the butt wear heels! They will accentuate those parts of you! If ya bust is a better part of you wear low thongs or flip-flops!

I think a closed toed kitten heel or low wedge in a warm color would look nice. Also a shoe with a fun print, like leopard print!
