I am 35 weeks pregnant and was told my baby is in breech position. I know she still has time to turn so I'm not too worried. However, her hiccups are down low - not up high where the midwife said her head was. I'm a bit confused!!

Hiccups shake a baby's whole body. My son used to get them a lot because he had acid reflux and his whole body would jerk so it doesn't matter where the head is.

I know that my babys hiccups are felt low in my abdomen and to the left side and my babys head is down. Ask your doctor for an ultrasound and then they will know for sure whether the head is down. Sounds like the head is down to me. My doctor scheduled an ultrasound for me at 37 wks to confirm the babys position and to check the amniotic fluid because my belly was measuring small. Its very possible your baby was breech though and has now turned. Most doctors can tell the babys position just by feeling your belly.

my doc said my baby could have been breech too but then i started feeling what you are- hiccups down low- so ask your doc to do an ultra sound to find out for sure- but im sure the baby has turned

it relatively is stressful to assert. try feeling your abdomen and notice in case you sense something that feels like a around ball with reference to the size of a cantelope. it extremely is the backside of the toddler so if it relatively is down extremely low, toddler is breech, yet whilst it relatively is up extreme, it potential toddler is heads down. in case you do no longer sense it, then it potential toddler merely isn't in a position to cooperate. LOL do no longer worry, at 27 wks, those little bugger generally turn from breech to heads down finding on the day. My son did no longer turn heads down til the day till now he substitute into born.

NOT NECESSARILY SO. BUT YOUR BABY WILL TURN IN TIME FOR DELIVERY. BABY'S HICCUPS ARE SO STRONG AT THIS POINT SO YOU CAN'T REALLY JUDGE THE BABY'S POSITION BY THE FEEL OF THE HICCUPS.
