You don't have a stove but you have a computerand internet service in this old shed! To answere your queastion the potted meat is full of chemicals and additives. Once in a while that would be fine but as to a daily source of protein no way.

Do you have a way to build a fire or use a propane stove. If so there are many things you can eat. Like canned soups, canned Beef stew,Pasta the list goes on. Just check out the canned foods and you'll find many things. Get a cooler and ice for milk and things you need to keep cold. You will only be able to keep them for 24 hours so you will have to shop daily. LIke 1/2 pints of milk. Think small & camping.

Those potted meat products are tasty enough, but not really healthy ingrediets.

Bread and Marmite, Tins of Ham, Tins of Corned Beef, Tins of Salmon, Tins of Crab, in fact lots in cans. Good luck.

no. try peanuts, soy beans, walnuts, almonds, cashews. they will last for quite a while, and they have healthy fats and protein. just avoid ones cooked in oil or salted.
