When my girlfreind is menstrating, is this ok, will i get sick from it?

What does menstration have to do with oral. I say go for it.

Ok..I'm a female..and I wouldn't recommend you going down on your girlfriend during her menstration..girls feel uncomfortable when they are going through that time of the month and I'm sure she appreciates your attention..but also maybe you should just let the cycle finsh and then do your thing. At the end of the cycle you'll have this build up and maybe you'll get a really good out..come..
