How do get kingdra, azuril and Milotic? What pokemon comes between tropius and absol? How do you get that pokemon? and what is the best way to catch latios and latias if you have no more master balls? Please help!!!

Kingdra is obtained by trading Seadra while it's holding a Dragon Scale. Azurill is obtained by breeding 2 Marills or Azumarills while one is holding Sea Incense. Chimecho comes between Tropius & Absol. They're very rare. I've owned Ruby for 3 years and have never seen a wild one. To get Milotic, get a Feebas to the highest possible Beauty rating. And to catch Latios, just be persistent. To catch Latias, you'll need to trade with someone who has one or try somehow to get an Eon Ticket.

If I recall, Kingdra is from trading a Seadra holding a Kings Rock.
An Azuril, you get by breeding a Marill and a Marill at the day care center, and then they make an egg after a while and you just hatch the egg.
And Milotic, you get a Feebas, and you have to make it "love" you as a trainer, and then it evolves. To make it like you, just give it carbos and protein, the power up things, and carry it around in your party.
The Pokemon that comes in between Tropius and Absol is Chimecho, which you can find at that mountain with the ghost pokemon on it.
And Latios and Latias, without Masterballs is very difficult, but heres my strategy. Get a fast pokemon that knows Hypnosis. Switch out for a pokemon that knows false swipe, and attack it so it has 1 HP. then, throw Ultra Balls and eventually you'll catch it.

for latios or latias u have to weaken it first making sure u don't kill it otherwise it won't come up again! the best way to capture it is have a pok'emon that know mean look or have shadow tag for it's special ability!! if u try it good luck!! =-)
