We have lost freedoms we had before 9/11.
And No, we should never forget how U.S.soil was attacked.
We are not doing enough to keep it on everyones' mind.
It's vital to our existience that we not forget. Why should we forget those that died. Let's go kill who did it!
Israel is a good example to not just get over it.
If they don't defend themselves on a daily basis, they will not exist. Germany and Spain have been bombed, even as they tried to "just get over it" and not get involved.
These Muslim extremists will not stop until all free people across the world are dead. We cannot "just get over it".

Not long after 9/11, I changed jobs. I found that life is to short to put up with the rubbish and chaos on a daily basis. It showed me that you never know when your last day will arrive. I am a much better person for it.

I also think it will be a sad day if we just got over it. It was a blow to our country and our being. I am glad to see it is still discussed. It is not out of the question for another attack. Yeah, the chances are slimmer, alot slimmer. We see the cells broken up all the time, but all it takes is one person, no matter who, and we can have another disaster. no matter where you stand on the 'just forget" issue, as long as 9/11 is talked about, that is all that matters.

It changed my life because I live in New York City and was there when the terror attacks took place. I am a Muslim, and I helped out on the day of 9/11 and I also donated blood. I helped in giving out water and food supplies to firefighters, police officers, and survivors of the attacks. I have to wake up every day and in order to get to work or anywhere else, I have to get searched by the police every time i want to get on a train. I am constantly called a terrorist, and meanwhile i was one of the few who helped in keeping the firefighters and police officers going. This is not fair that although I have helped, some people treat me as if i have hurt!
We should not just get over 9/11. we need to find out the truths about that day and not just rest to what the media tells us.
this is just a small way of how 9/11 changed my life. i have lost three loved ones in the terror attacks, but to many people, that does not matter because I am a Muslim. Many people didnt know that in both buildings of the twin towers, there were mosques. there were no churches or synogauges or other types of temples in the buildings. many innocent muslims died in the terror attacks of 9/11, its just a shame that there is no coverage on that!!!

I trust no one now. No, how can they possibly GET OVER as you put it something like that. I guess you never lost anyone in your family or a friend in circumstances like that.

I don't live in New York but I can definitely say that good people died on that terrible day and I don't know any of them.

I'll keep them in my prayers though...
