It's really hard to tell at this point - I found that the sore boobs and menstrual-like cramps (very much like a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen where I usually get cramps) were the only signs I had before I found out I was pregnant. But signs and symptoms vary so much from person to person. You should check out the pregnancy tests at the store - some are more sensitive than others and will work at a lower HCG level (i.e., will detect a positive result sooner than others).
If you have a doctor, I'd call and ask for a qualitative HCG - which can be done on blood or urine, although the blood test is more sensitive (make sure you get a qualitative, not a quantitative - if it's positive and was done on blood, the lab can then do an quantitative test to determine how far along you are).
If you don't have a doctor, then try one of the most sensitive at home tests you can find. Check these out online so that you'll know which ones are the most sensitive before you buy. You may get a positive now, but if not, you will definitely need to retest in another couple of weeks.
Good luck!

If you were pregnant, you'd only be about 10 days pregnant. It would be too soon for any symptoms. Vivid dreams and leg cramps usally come in the third trimester. The first symptom I had was tenter breasts and that started about 3 days before I was going to miss my period. With my first pregnancy, I didn't have any symptoms until 2 weeks after I missed my period. Hope this helps

Yes, you could be. With my first, I knew I was prego within 10 days. I woke up feeling like I was going to puke.... took a test, and it was positive. I was planning the pregnancy... but couldn't believe that it happened so fast... and sure enough symptoms started 10 days to the day I conceived.
With my second... no early on symptoms.
Take a test. You don't need to wait till you miss a period. Some women will have a period or two while they're prego.

I just found out that i was pregnant... I had my period Aug 4th, and should of got it last week...I didn't wait 2weeks after my missed period.. I took a test and it came out positive.. 10 days early.. Even went to the clinic to see if it was true.. The nurse said it shouldn't show up cuz its only been a couple days after my missed period.. Proved her wrong.. But i may also be further along.. never know until i have an ultra-sound.. My guess is that you may be a mommy soon

Well, you definatley could be. Those symptoms always pop up a week before my period, but were especially marked when I was pregnant this time around. Could be regular period hormones, could be pregnant. Only thing to do is ask your doc for a blood test or wait a week or so and take an HPT. Good luck!

I really don't think you'd feel symptoms this early. I didn't feel symptoms until 2 days after my missed period. Trust me, your body can play tricks on you when you really want to feel certain things. Two months in a row I had ALL the pregnancy symptoms and was not pregnant. The third month I had NONE, and I was pregnant.
All you can do it wait :( I know that's not what you want to hear.

Most people really don't feel any symptoms for several weeks, let alone just a few days after conception.... I didn't really feel anything until I was five weeks along, except exhaustion. I don't mean sleepy, I mean, knock down, drag out tired.
Oh, I did have some cramping, but I thought it was my period coming.

you could be yes but if the test won't show up a positive result then you wouldn't really be getting many signs either!... they are often a result of the same hormone that you test for!
