In what way?
Really if you are asking that question, you obviously don't love your wife and should not have married her.
If you mean how can you show her you love her, you can unexpectedly give her a gift or a card, clean the house and do all the dishes, run her a bath, make her a cup of tea, say "I love you", make her dinner, complement her, take her out somewhere she likes to go... in that order.

The key to ALL good relationship is communication. There are many good books out there, and counselor if it comes down to that. Spend time with her getting to know her have time alone like a date night & make it a rule no interruptions unless it is an emergency. Treat her the way you would like to be treated. As you get to know her look at her inner beauty & count your blessings. Love is kind, patient, does not show anger, love is not selfish, it shares things & endures things....Real love takes a commitment & two people giving 100% of themselves. Best of luck to both of you!

first be your self if she can't love u for your self then i don't know. There is always room for change in both of you also ask her talk to her you need communication . she may feel alone or something like that do you do stuff together or are you out with the boys or work she may need help this all will take time DON'T GIVE UP

Spend time with her. Appreciate her. You obviously loved her at one time. I mean, you're married to her! Do special things to re-kindle that romance. Look at old photo albums together, watch movies.. take her out to dinner all dressed up and give her flowers. Pretend like you're starting all over again. Good luck!
