Her hair is curly because her hair follicles are oval in shape rather than round, this causes the hair to curl as it grows rather than coming out straight.

Because instead of farting through her bum all the air got push up out of her head. The gas affected her head and hair. That's why her hair is curly and if you sniff you can smell some of the intoxicating gas.

curly hair is caused by the pores in which the hair come out of being a certain shape. Circle pores cause straight hair, oval pores cause wavy hair, and flat poors cause curly hair.
