This could be something as simple as gas pockets causing this pain,,,, but remember your body is going through a major transformation, so there will be a few aches and pains. If the paid worsens or becomes chronic you should make an appointment with your doctor ASAP. Check your diet you may be eating something that does not agree with you or the baby......

I just got back from a doctor visit yesterday, and he was checking me for pre-eclampsia, because I've had high blood pressure recently. He said I was fine, but if I exhibited any of the following symptoms, to call him immediately:
1) Sharp, shooting pain in my rib, under my boob, that won't go away
2) Swollen ankles
3) Blinding headaches with distorted vision
You're probably not far along enough to have developed pre-eclampsia, but the pain may be indicative of something out of the ordinary. If the pain gets to the point where it won't go away, I'd call your doctor. Or since it's the weekend, maybe call the hospital nurse line.
Good luck!

I don't believe it has anything to do with your pregnancy. I have always had sharp pains like that and my Dr. just told me they were kinda like growing pains. Not that i'm still growing its just that sort of thing. You may have pulled a muscle or something though. When I am pregnant I tell my dr. about anything unusual I may have going on and I would suggest u do the same. Just for safety sake. Congratulations by the way!!!

My breasts are always sore when I was pregnant, but I've never heard of sharp pains under the breast as a normal pregnancy symptom. Might be a pulled muscle, etc. Check with your doc. just to be safe. You don't want to mess around with your health.

It appears like a migraine, which I had many and typically for the period of my pregnancies. Mine initiate with localized soreness, it really is the throbbing of the quite veins interior the mind. They strengthen and settlement in migraines, causing the soreness that then will change into the whole blown head soreness. i'd pass to the emergency room in case you're hectic in any respect. they are going to verify blood stress, eye dilation, etc to make confident that's no longer something more beneficial severe. in case you imagine you could wait to be certain your OB, s/he allow you to draw close in case you could take something for it. Congratulations on your being pregnant!

Yes. Call your doctor. It sounds like a strained muscle, but any pain in the chest should be brought to the attention of your physician. I don't think the pregnancy has anything to do with it, unless it is changing the way you are retaining water, and therefore the elasticity of your muscles. Drink pineapple juice.

I would check that with the doctor, hopefully its just the natural changes going on in the body. When I was around 9/10 weeks I was so bloated and it always felt like something was going on in my stomach.

I had the same thing happened to me.. Everyone would say its just gas.. But does gas knock you down to the floor?? I went on for about a month of being told it was gas. Until one day it was hurting so bad and i notice i had spotted a lil bit.. So i took myself to the emergency room and after being seen, i was told i needed surgery right away.. The baby was in my tubs, bout to burst inside me. This is called an ectopic pregnancy.. Don't wait any longer go have yourself examined!!!!!

At only 9 weeks that is not from the pregnancy because the baby is only a little bigger than a pinto bean and is way down in your pelvic area. You may have pulled a muscle.

You could be experiencing round ligament pain all ready, especially if you are a thin girl...
The ligaments run from the very top of your stomach under your boobs all the way down to your groin...
I know mine hurt sometimes, and sometimes it feels like my groin is going to explode when I sneeze...
Ahhh, the interesting things our bodies do while pregnant...
