I don't know who to start. My gut says Manning, but he's going up against a tough as nails Indy defense. Vick is going up against a really tough Carolina defense.

Carolina traditionally manhandles Vick. Plus, Vick is a beeotch.
Go with Eli. He's going to have a break out year.

Manning. No question about it. Stick with your gut. Vick is a good fantasy backup, but Eli is a must-start every week.

Now that Vick has been to reformatory, i could provide him the sting. till now that i could say Eli. Eli's a reasonably great guy. yet I think of Vick had some adult men in reformatory who tried to whoop his @ss.

look at it this way. eli has burress, toomer, shockey, and tiki to throw to. vick has jenkins, white, dunn, and crumpler to throw to. atlanta is playing against a good carolina defense and they defend against vick pretty well. hope this helps.
