accessories honey!!!!!!!!
YOU MUST worry MORE about your BELT,SHOES,JEWELRY, sashes, scarves, sunglasses etc... and purse than your outfit!!!!! this is proven... cuz u can dress up a "potato" sack.. or basically a plain solid color one piece dress with all of those things!!
that is personal style.because u didnt just grab something from closet and throw it on...... even clashing a bit is in.like a green belt and a red scarf type thing.......... just make sure when u accessorize that your outfit itself is plain and simple without too many prints and such!! when your outfit is bold, colorful or has a lot of print...... then accesorizing is minimal!
belts are the In thing this fall, everyone whose anyone will have a wide belt worn high.I LOVE it. you can wear it with long shirts, dresses ,jeans..pretty much anything at all. dont worry about crazy makeup, just look polished.. and hair COLOR is important.

It's all about confidence. Even if you have the greatest outfit, if you feel like crap then your attitude will show as if you're uncomfortable. Just by feeling good in your own skin and find the styles that suit you most (vintage, classic, preppy, bohemian, goth or a blend of mixing and matching) and finding the cut that flatters you most without taking fashion too seriously (have a little flim with your accessories and shoes). You also will have that X factor that make people go ''wow, that's a really cute top...''

It depends what you mean by someone with "style" ...
If you mean someone who blindly follows the latest commercial fads out of Paris, New York or LA, then you're just talking about an airhead who doesn't think for themselves.
A truly original person doesn't follow the crowd. They come up with their own style. Just be yourself, and don't waste your money trying to copy somebody else.

You just have to learn to accessorize. That's the key component to getting that extra touch that makes your outfit notable.

It's their mannerisms and behavior that sets them apart. Also, most of them dress more conservatively. They have no need to "flaunt" themselves.
