Any one know any exercises i can do while pregnant that will help me keep in shape? dont watn to loose weight just keep in shape and feeling good, too hot and muggy to go out side and im not working, my husband has a good job so i stay home with my son.
just need a suggestion on something that is fun and easy but effective.

Walking and swimming are both great and something you can include your son with as well. Swimming is great because it takes the weight off of your joints.

Walking and swimming is the best one.
Walking will keep your feet from swollen and you'll feel great too.
If you're on the last trimester, swimming will help to lift your belly weight for a while - just don't do real lap swimming. just take it easy.

I agree with the second answer. Walking and swimming. I am a mom of two, and I think all the walking led to easier deliveries...and swimming is amazing when you are pregnant...it is the one place where you don't feel so big and heavy. I never wanted to get out of the water.
