Yes. If you stop even for about a week the muscles in your vagina will being to tighten up again, as they are not being streached out by intercourse.

Unless you heard this from a doctor I wouldn't worry about it. Sounds like something some one made up. Tightness in that area is caused by muscle tissue not regular use. There are exercises you can do to increase your muscle control around your vagina.

No it will not get tighter if you quit having sex. If you want a tighter vagina try tightening your muscles by pulling everything in, hold then release as you get better you will do the excercises without even thinking about it. I am 47 and my fiance says that I'm almost to tight for him to fit. Try it and see if you don't feel the difference yourself.

E.L. is right... they're called kiegel exercises and it helps you have stronger orgasms too (so it's win win for you and your man). Celibacy will NOT make your muscles tighten... that's just the old "I've been celibate so long I'm a virgin again" joke.... just like any other muscle, only exercise will tighten them....

The way to know if you're doing those exercises right is to practice while you're peeing... stop and start the flow, those are the kiegel muscles that you're trying to firm up... once you have it down, you can do it anytime, watching tv, at school/work..noone will know but you...

Have fun.. ;)

Yes. I have two children and was divorced for almost 3 years. I was with nobody until I met my 2nd husband. He was amazed at how tight things were. For reasons beyond my control and I am single again going on 2 1/2 years. I hope if there is a 3rd he is just as amazed.
