I know I am going against the tide here, Christopher, but speaking strictly as a woman, I would say it is the buns. Without a place to put it, what good is the meat?

Well, you can have a hotdog without the bun but you can't have one without the actual hotdog. See what I mean? You can have a carb free hotdog, but without the hotdog, you just have some bread, it's no longer a hotdog. So definitely a hotdog. LOL. If you mean it any other way, well, that's just silly! We all know the answer to that!
