any suggestions to keep in shape without over doing it?

i took lots of walks, and did pregnancy pilates and yoga. you could also swim.

it all depends on your fitness level before you became pregnant tho, use that as a guide and take it down a notch or so, untill its no longer comfortable the further along you get in your pregnancy.

go for a brisk walk .target for half hr 3 times a week will suffice. swimming is good too cause its tone the whole body.

im not pregnant and never have been but i know alot of pregnant women and they go for walks in the neighbor hood nice and slow!
