She originated the role with the series premier, and was replaced for a short while but returned and has remained there as Gwen Hotchkiss-Crane

Incidentally, she will probably remain in soaps for a while as she is Susan Lucci's daughter

Yes. Liza Huber plays Gwen Winthrop, Ethans wife. She is pregnant in real life, I think she's expecting in late December.
