Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (5th movie) will be out in theaters on July 13, 2007 in the USA, and within days of that in several other countries.
The release date of the seventh Harry Potter book hasn't been announced yet, but many people believe it will be released on 7-7-07. There are some reasons that support this idea at the link below.

I've heard the book is coming out on July 7th, 2007. The movie is suppose to come out next year too.
