i cant control my anger when he did that..some how i was able to control both my hand and anger what would i do in the next time

Well, the rules and regulations are pretty tight in American schools. You teacher shouldn't even really touch you at all. If your teacher slapped you, you need to report it to the school administration.

I highly doubt you are telling the truth. If you are, you should already know the answer unless you are in 2nd grade. In that case you shouldn't be on the computer without your parents.

do not allow it to happen again, tell your parents and ask them to contact the police and complain.. the teacher has no right to hit you regardless of what you did or think you did. that is abuse and not acceptable...your teacher commited a crime and should pay for it...

tell some1 its against the law now so he could get fired and not be allowed to teach even if there was a reason they still cant hit you no matter what. you should tell somebody

I don't believe you because of two prior questions.
One was that today is your birthday, ...the other was tomorrow is your birthday.
