Hi. Usually there is a filter consisting of a fine grate of lines. If you mean spectrogram then a photo is taken, enlarged many times, and the spectrum of emission and absorption lines become large enough to see.

You are very confused, and need to do some basic reading in astronomy, telescopes, scientific instruments, and scientific measurements first.

A spectroscope is a type of instrument used for viewing the spectrum of a beam of light through an eyepiece.

If you mean, "how do you draw the spectrum of a star," it is not worth the trouble. Stellar spectra are very complex and can only be recorded usefully by photographic methods.

You could make a representational sketch of a spectrum by drawing two parallel lines across a sheet of paper and then drawing groups of perpendicular lines of varying thicknesses between them. This would give a vague impression of what a spectrogram looks like.
