Thats a great price for them.
You have to create an Ebay account, which is free. THen you have to create a Paypal account, which is also free but requires a checking account with a bank, or a credit card.
Its 100% safe and a lengthy process at first but its well worth it. Ebay is excellent.
Then when all that is done, place your bid!
