i mean, cant really do diamonds, bit camp, and he hates gold, but plain ol silver is just a bit naff aswell. am really stuck. any ideas?

A platinum ring might work. Maybe with your birthstones in it or something if he hates diamonds.

Round is a good start.

Nothing plain about silver if there is a design to it. Example would be the Celtic knot design. Take a look at this metal before discounting it.

Tri-colored cold bands are also very attrative. Or, if you have money to blow out your rump, go platinum.

You are two gay men who want to spend your life togeter, thats great! But you dont need to be man and wife like a hetrosexual couple. Maybe you dont need to go through the same rituals as hetrosexuals,... that would be silly. A gay relationship can be better than the usual wedded man and wife, but it is different. My partner bought me a beutiful gold band with 5 diamonds, just gorgeous!!!!, but if your bf doesn't like gold it seams you will have to do silver.

you can get like mine
a white gold ring which has one diamond in it
