Check out The Oriental Trading Company first. (www.orientaltrading.com) They have lots of fun little things like that in lots of 6-12 or more and individually. Some of the stuff is rather junky but if you're a good shopper, you can find the nicer items. Some of their Christmas stuff is on sale right now, too. I hope you find your dolls.

I'd check eBay, the most ideal time to find something like this would be Christmas, so I'd suggest going to an auction site. What type of contest is your job running anyway?

You can alter small soft dolls to make elfs..just add some felt pointy ears and pointy shoes...hobby lobby or most any craft store usually carry these cheap little muslin dolls.
