I have a blog and i take pics from the net they might be 900 by 900 pixels when i download but when i want to upload them to my blog they have been reduced to 90 x 150 pixels any reason for this and anyway i can post the same size as original without resizeing and losing quality

Are others successful? If not, then find another blog. It sounds like th blogging software has limits built in.

when the picture is 900 by 900 pixels you do right clik and then "save picture as..."

Upload it to another host, like googlepages
And link it to your blog, with images width = 500 or less
