ok...if you talk to someone for awhile and then you don't hear from them for a looooooooong time...and then they come back out of the blue and say that it's yur fault fur not talkin to them.....and don't talk to you anymore....wtf is up with that?

I see what you mean. Did you try to contact this person? Through how many ways? How many times? If you tried to contact your friend only once or twice, that's probably the reason. If you really tried to contact this person a lot, through different methods (email, phone, etc.), then it's his/her fault and he/she's wrong and you're right. ^_^
