See if you can save a copy of your AOL addresses to a new file, in CSV format.

CSV stands for "comma separated value." Each item of information is separated by a comma, with a "return" at the end of a record.

Then, go to Yahoo Mail, click Addresses, click Import. Follow the prompts from there.
