Firstly hun in order for anyone to lose weight they must burn more calories than they are eating, have a healthy breakfast and take home made soup at lunch time, (this is great for weight loss) plus your not empty or hungry.. then eat a sensible dinner.
Exercise is also important, try running in bouts .. especially up and down stairs ..its high impact and high calorie burning..

Avoid snaking in between meals, and cut down on starches and sweets.
That should do the trick , and of course if you add some moderate physical exercises that would be even better :) Good luck! :)

just go to the store and get some lose weight pills or just work out alot and get food like saled

you just have to control ur self by eating lots of junk food and you just have to do few exercises like running ,cycling ,pushups etc ...if you do this regularly i m sre u'll lose some weight.....

p.s.= dont take any pillssssssssssssssssssssssss... or any kinda medical help...

well walking everyday does the same as running everyday. running does no more but make your calf muscles stronger.
