This has happened to me before too. As you said yourself, stress can cause your body to do strange things. As your uterus only had 2 weeks to re-build it's lining, you wouldn't have had enough for a full period. Since the first 2 days were heavy flows, it is possible that your body losing all that blood at an unusual time is the cause of your dizziness. My doctor's suggestion for my dizziness was to lay down (if you can) every time you get dizzy. Peppermint oil is a great thing to have on hand as well. You can put some on your temples and a little under your nose and it really helps get rid of the spins. Don't use too much as it can feel burny on your skin. If you have sensitive skin put it in an oil burner (like the ones with a tea light underneath).

If it happens again next month, or the dizzy feeling doesn't go away in a day or two, go see a gyno or even a regular doctor and remember to describe your symptoms (all the ones you think are related) exactly. If you think you'll forget (I always do!) right them down and give the paper to the doctor.

low iron problems?

sometimes when our body is under stress, it does silly things like skips a period or makes one appear out of nowhere. Keep a journal of how often it is, the heaviness, etc and try to notice any patterns so if it's persistent, you can discuss with your doctor and have solid written proof that something is going on. Doctors need specifics to make accurate diagnosis's.

Your description is my life during my period everytime... I am on Iron pills and still no help AND my iron remains low. My dizziness is caused by dehydration perhaps you need more water too. I am curious about the answer you will get here so Iwill be paying attention too. Hopefully we will both learn something here !! : )

Try to reduce your stress level by excercising or something, and be sure to eat well and drink plenty of fluids to stop the dizziness.
