Let's hear from the UR Rehabbers out there!?

I's like to hear from (I think it's called) URB REHABBERS... what kind of experience does one need to see about a certain property...how does one get started if they have a particular house in mind?

In general to rehab, you just need to find a motivated seller to get a house from, and then find good people to help you get the work done.

Start at the library. There are plenty of books on the subject. Next, try watching some of the rehabbing shows on cable like "Flip this house". Cotact local Realtors that specialize in rehabs. Ask for feferences of rehabbers that may give you some advice.
