when u make a tape audition where do u look.in the camera.the wall..can u have the script?

You can either have a script or not. It is best if you don't so that you can look directly into the camera lens and play with acting for the camera. However, if it is a situation where it has to be done fast and there is no time to memorize then you can hold the text up and to the left (out of the camera view) and use it - or you can have someone write the text on cue cards (in LARGE letters) and hold them under the camera - then at least the camera can still see your face if you happen to look at the lines.

what they do is give you a script before the tape audition just remember as much as you can in the little time sometimes they let you look at it while taping ,just be yourself and look into the camera like your trying to sell something and act excited.Don't worry i am a heavy set chick and i had 2 screen tests with being taped and they absolutely loved me and asked me to come back ,have confidence in yourself!
