I think Ticket Master is pretty cheap.

outside the venue about 30 minutes after the concert starts from a scalper.
by the time you get them and get in, the crappy opener band will be done and the band you wanted to see will be setting up.
My friend got a ticket to Family Values for $5 last weekend.
