hello. all i'm gonna say is that i'm a high school student & that i wanna try out for the soccer team.
i am pretty good at running, but i am always looking for more room for improvement. my question is this, what do i needs to do to improve my running? i know i have to run often, but do i need somewhat of time limit, or distance? can somebody help me out with a running work out program?

you want to try out for the soccer team, try running with a ball at your feet, you will get fitter, faster and improve your ball control, by the way, its more tyring running with a ball than not, you will get fitter faster

Take the bus to an ethnic neighbourhood in your city and make your way to its center. Shout out appropriate racial slurs at the top of your lungs.
This should provide you with the type of motivation you need to run.
Repeat this as many times as you feel is necessary to develop your running.
Try to alternate between various neighbourhoods so as to give you practice in a variety of running styles and intensities.

Improving your runing... Like you wanna run faster.. or keep your stamina up ? But both of them needs pratice. Good Shoes nd a nice meal before running always helps out. Anyways good luck... if it works out, just message me :)

try starting out slow and short and slowly try increasing ur variables one at a time like the next day run a little further then the next day run THAT distance a little faster too :-D

you can improve your running by doing YOGA in the early morning
this make your knees and heels fit and i hope it will also help you increase your confidence level in the game

several types of running

forwards
backwards
forwards with the ball (just watch Ronaldo and Henri!)
forwards with someone holding your shirt

what you could practise and get good at is the long throw-in. It is something that lets amateur sides down.
