What kind of bumps are you talking about? If they are small, red bumps which they most likely are, all you need to do is buy a few simple things. Go out and get a good facial cleanser/detoxifier (I buy Biotherm Homme Detox). You'll also want to buy an acne cream from either your dermatologist or your local pharmacy. If you,re going to the local pharmacy look for Vichy Normaderm Sudden Breakout cream. It's a small container with this greenish cream that contains 4% salicylic acid. It works wonders. Just apply on the area overnight and in the morning. You might also want to buy a moisturizer if you need to. I reccomend Cetaphil Moisturizer.

One do not touch them anymore becouse bacteria in your hands might irritate your skin even more. I would say wash your face with a facial wash such as a neutrogena anti acne soap that you can find at any target or walmart and it is great with people with acne and best of all is like cheap and I would also recomend a on the spot acne cream by neutrogena put a little bit on top of the bumpy skin and remember do not touch it anymore becouse the on the spot treatment will dry out the skin and make your pimple pop naturally without any of your help. Good look!! You can email me back at any time .

Hi
1st of all you need a way of drying out these bumps and getting an even skin allover, you can do this by simply applying sliced tomato to the affected area, you will feel it tightening and drying ,leave for about 10 mins and then rinse your face with warm water. Its a great cheap way, also if you find your skin getting to dry if youve used something to strong to dry out your skin and are afraid to use moisturiser incase of further breakouts, simply use moisturiser at night and use it as a face mask, apply it wait a few minutes then rinse and pat dry. Hope this helps xxxx
