If you doubt paternity can a test be done on a grandmother and grandchild to see if they are really related?

It is my daughters child. So I am the genetic grandmother. I believe the paternity is their real legal dad. The oldest is a spitting image of his dad (slender with daddy's complexion, even his habits are the same as daddy). The youngest looks like our side of the family. He is bigger and thicker built and has eyes like my husbands mom's family with the color of my dad's eyes. The dad's mom keeps bringing up the differences and saying "he is so different" . Their daddy has been in Iraq since the youngest was about 8 months old and he and my daughter are mid-divorce. He accepts both sons are his. At least as far as I know.
My paternal counterpart (other grandma) deserves to know the truth. I think the earlier she knows that the little one is really her son's child the better. I just do not like the doubts hanging in the air. Thanks everybody.
